OPTIONS FOR IMPLEMENTING YOKOMO SERVICES

 

PABX SYSTEM

 

(a) Speed Dial

• To transform gateway number into a speed dial, customer's PABX vendor needs to program the gateway number(s) into the PABX system.

• The speed dial is stored at system memory for all extension whereas one touch button is stored at individual station memory.

(b) Least-Cost-Routing (LCR) Programming

• Route all the STD and IDD calls to Extiva's gateway.

(c) Auto Dialer Installation

• Installation on certain number of lines and then prioritize outgoing calls to these lines. Set the sequential hunting pattern for outgoing calls.

• Separate the outgoing and incoming calls into two different groups. Install auto dialer only at outgoing calls, this group is dedicated for outgoing calls only.

(d) Digital Dialer                                                                    

• For ISDN (PRI or BRI) in which the PABX fails to do the LCR programming.    

KEY PHONE SYSTEM

 

(a) Speed Dial

• The speed dial is stored at system memory for all extension whereas one touch button is stored at individual station memory.

(b) Auto Dialer Installation

• Installation on certain number of lines and then prioritize outgoing calls to these lines. Set the sequential hunting pattern for outgoing calls.

• Separate the outgoing and incoming calls into two different groups. Install auto dialer only at outgoing calls, this group is dedicated for outgoing calls only.

(c) Yokomo Phone

• User presses selected memory button follows by destination number

Line Activation

• For mobile phone services, the local access numbers will be provided to the users for interconnection with Yokomo's gateway.

• Store the gateway numbers into the memory of the mobile phone.

(i) YOKOMO SINGLE LINE PHONE

• Yokomo phone with memory dial ofYokomo's access number.

• With memory dial of the access number, users are able to check for the balance of the airtime before they dial the destination number.

(II) AUTO DIALER

• Auto dialer is a device that is simple to use. When user dials an STD / IDD number, the dialer will automatically dial Yokomo's access number as it is already preset with the access number.

• Auto dialer will bypass Yokomo's service if the call is detected to be a local call.

(iii) LINE ACTIVATION -ANI (Access Number Identification) (For Speed Dial, LCR, & Mobile Phone)

• Fixed lines / mobile numbers are required to be registered with Yokomo Sdn. Bhd.

• Upon line activation, users are able to call via our service by dialing the nearest Yokomo's access number. Users are also able to check for balance before they dial the destination number.
